Our assessments are based upon the premise that a pain-free quality of life and optimal athletic performance require addressing specific strength imbalances and finding the weakest link(s) in the body. This will allow your coach to write a corrective program that addresses your individual needs, helps prevent injuries, correct current imbalances and begin your strength training properly. This includes a body composition analysis to determine body type, lean muscle mass, fat mass, as well as your resting metabolic rate. We can then take this information and develop a nutritional and supplemental plan if necessary.
