Speed is an asset that sets you apart from the rest of your competition. The skills and technique to accelerate, change direction, reach top speed and decelerate are are vital to competition.  This class teaches you how to develop speed and improve your agility and reaction time. Athletes will be taken through specific drills and movements designed to improve reaction, speed and agility. This class is for athletes.
