We offer nutritional coaching specific to each individual.  An analysis of your nutritional needs, habits, daily activities, food tolerances and intolerances, supplementation and more allows us to develop a plan specialized for the your body, lifestyle and priorities. We offer nutritional coaching on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to keep you on track towards your nutritional goals. These coaching sessions can be combined with training sessions or individually.
