2019 Fall/Winter Strength & Speed Classes
Classes begin November 5th!
Youth sports in America has changed drastically. The level of competition is much greater and sports are much more demanding. Teaching young athletes age-appropriate fundamentals of athletics is critical to improving their all-around sports performance while minimizing the most common sports injuries such as sprains and strains.
As a strength and conditioning coach, manual therapist, and sports coach, I see many young athletes lose participation time due to these common injuries. Injuries that can be avoided if they were educated in the fundamentals of athletics.
I've created a program specifically designed to teach youth age-appropriate fundamentals of athletics critical to improving their all-around sports performance while reducing injuries. The focus of this program is to help athletes develop a solid understanding of the following athletic concepts:
Warming up and Cooling down
Mobility and Flexibility
Speed, Agility and Reaction
Body Mechanics & more ...
Each program is specifically tailored for young athletes ages 10U-13U and 14-18U.
Classes will be held every Tuesday and Saturday beginning
Tuesday Dates: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Saturday Dates: 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21
Ages 10U - 13U: Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:15pm & Saturday 10am-10:45am
Ages 14U - 18U: Tuesdays 7:15pm-8pm & Saturdays 10:45am-11:30am
Cost $280 paid in full or $25 per session
